ExportersCenter.Com is the meeting point of  exporters and importers.

1- Accepting the Terms: By visiting EXPORTERSCENTER.COM you suppose to have accepted the terms of use of the site.
2-Prices: EXPORTERSCENTER.COM has some free and paid services. EXPORTERSCENTER.COM has right to turn free services into paid, and paid services into free. And also has right to abolish some of services temporarily or permanently.  
3- EXPORTERSCENTER.COM is Only a Meeting Point: The web site is a trade platform for companies and individuals, but EXPORTERSCENTER.COM is not responsible of quality, safety of products/services advertized in the site, and disagreements between sellers and buyers. EXPORTERSCENTER.COM is not responsible of logos, trademarks and pictures (that could be registered to another person/company) published in the site and is not side during disagreements over those conflicts. Responsiblities of information published in the site are over companies which provide those information. EXPORTERSCENTER.COM also is not side during agreements between members and importers and visitors.
4- User’s information will be combined of data, text, picture, graphic etc. that user have filled in the membership form and he/she is responsible of given information. EXPORTERSCENTER.COM’s role is deliver user’s information online. In case user feel any uneasiness or believe that information given in the site cause them any problem, EXPORTERSCENTER.COM will remove their information from site partly or complemetly. Information given in the membership form are online and accessable for all visitors.
4.1- Terms of Registration: - If user register for membership of EXPORTERSCENTER.COM) he/she accepts that given information regarding he/she and the company is correct, certain and up to date and that member’s information will be kept correct and up to date. If EXPORTERSCENTER.COM find that given information is deficient/incorrect, it will cancel user’s membership. If user register on behalf of any company/corporation/organization, the company/corporation/organization which user is represent, will be responsible of given information.
4.2-Rules about Users’ Information: Information given to the EXPORTERSCENTER.COM, advertisements and messages in different sections of the site and information published in the users’s own web sites;

a) Not to be forged, stolen,
b) Third parties should not have any copy rihgt/registering right over them and if, their right should be respected and not overrided.
c) Must not violate rules/laws (consumer rights, competetion laws etc.)
d) Must not contain pornographic and/or nudity contents
e) Must not contain any virus and/or other programmes and contents that could cause malfunction in the computers
f)  By registering to the EXPORTERSCENTER.COM, users are accepted the rules that prohibit sending junk e-mails to the members of the site.
5-Rights Given to the EXPORTERSCENTER.COM : By accepting terms of membership, EXPORTERSCENTER.COM will have the rights duplicating, deliver and exhibiting those given information in any way.
6-Privacy: EXPORTERSCENTER.COM will use given information and rights in the chapter 6. according to the privacy rules.
7-Operation of System: - Users are obliged not to attempt to spoil operation and processes of EXPORTERSCENTER.COM through any software or hardware, and not to copy any information or datas of the site through any kind of automotic and/or manuel robots and spiders, and not to exploit the site’s operation at all.
8-If Violating Rules: EXPORTERSCENTER.COM may send a warning message, remove the information of violating person/company from site temporarily or permanently, cancel membership registration and may take legal actions.
